At Urban Nature Culture, we continuously strive to produce in planet-friendly ways. By using rattan, one of the most important alternatives to (tropical) hardwood, we invest in a renewable resource. Rattan matures in only 4 to 5 years, reaching 20 meters of height in only a few months. After that, the fibres grow harder, stronger and more dense – perfect to create some of the most beautiful items with. Our coffee table is the latest addition to our rattan series. Handmade in Indonesia, the table top has a unique design with strips of rattan in an intricate, geometric composition. A beautiful, modern piece of furniture, with a natural character.
